Introduction

Welcome to Locker Invest, the investment platform provided by Locker d.o.o., based in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our application (“App”) and services (“Services”). By using the App, you agree to these T&C.

Definitions

App: The Locker Invest mobile application.

Services: Investment opportunities and related services provided through the App.

User: Any individual or entity using the App.

Locker Pool: A collective investment vehicle that includes multiple lockers managed by Locker d.o.o.

Pools A, B, and C: Specific pools containing 50, 500, and 5000 lockers respectively.

User Agreement

By accessing the App, you accept these T&C in full. We may amend these T&C from time to time; continued use of the App signifies acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

To access our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Investments and Transactions

Locker Invest offers investment opportunities in smart lockers through direct purchase or pool investment:

• Direct Investment: Investors can purchase individual lockers which will be deployed at tourist locations managed by Locker d.o.o.
• Pool Investment: Investors can contribute to Pools A, B, or C. The profits from these pools are split proportionally based on the amount invested.

All transactions are processed securely, and applicable fees and charges will be clearly disclosed.

User Conduct

Users agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. The policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the App, including trademarks, is owned by Locker d.o.o. Users are granted a limited license to use the App as intended.

Limitation of Liability

Locker d.o.o. provides the App “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these T&C. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
